Prince William and Kate Middleton were married at Westminster Abbey in London on 29th April 2011. Royal Wedding 2011 Info covers all of the latest news, analysis, insight and discussion. The Royal Couple are now The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Thursday

With less than 24 hours until the Royal Wedding of Prince William to Kate Middleton...

What's the latest news?

It's been an interesting day with lots of debate over the Royal Wedding guest list, in particular the last minute exclusion of the Syrian Ambassador, the inclusion of the Zimbabwean representative and of course the exclusion of the two former Labour Prime Ministers, Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.

Tony Blair, whilst be interviewed today on foreign television claimed not to be upset by the rejection and gave the couple his very best wishes for their special day.

There was yet another dress rehearsal at Westminster Abbey this morning that seemed to be more for the benefit of the wedding parties, especially the younger children.

Whilst, Prince Harry and Kate Middleton both attended the rehearsal, Prince William did not but as he is seeming increasingly self-assured and confident it is not surprising that he is taking a somewhat relaxed approach to it all.

So much so that the Prince took some time out to greet fans in a brief walkabout outside Clarence House, hours after his beaming bride-to-be made a public appearance.

Kate Middleton waved at well-wishers after emerging from a black Jaguar outside The Goring Hotel in central London's Belgravia. In contrast to the young Princess Diana on the eve of her Royal Wedding, Kate already seems to be taking everything in her stride.

Kate is now enjoying an evening with close family and friends at the Goring Hotel whilst Prince William is just a short drive away at Clarence House, where he is staying with the Prince of Wales, Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry.

Meanwhile, the number of people securing their prime viewing positions and pitching up their tents along the Royal procession route increased exponentially today. Well wishers have quite literally been camping out on the streets of London since Tuesday.

The Duchess of Cornwall went out onto the Mall today to meet well-wishers and those camping out ahead of tomorrow’s event. When asked how she was feeling ahead of the big day, The Duchess said: ”We’re all ready for tomorrow - it’s wonderful and all very exciting! "There’s a great atmosphere out here and it’s so nice to meet people and see how the celebrations are getting underway.”

Finally, the official Royal Wedding Programme was made available for all to view online this morning. Some 150,000 copies of the programme will be made available for purchase tomorrow.

There is no doubt that both William and Kate are an extremely popular couple, they have captured our hearts and our minds and after much anticipation from around the world the big day is almost upon us!
